Absolutely disgusting rooms. The carpet was damp and smelled musty. The bathroom was disgusting and not clean. Stains all over the floor and trash everywhere in the hallways, outside spaces, in the elevator, etc.

This hotel is dirty, the rooms stink and the carpet feels damp! The pool is very cold and dirty with chicken nuggets everywhere. I would literally rather sleep in my car! zero stars

The lobby and our room were clean. Things need updating. Breakfast was non existent the first day, no eggs, milk, yoghurt, forks, butter, hot coffee, watery orange juice. The coffee area had to be closed that morning. The bathtub and sink had no hot water, they needed maintenance to fix. I will not stay there again. I wanted to stay at the Sleep Inn a few doors down, but they were full.

Please do NOT book this hotel! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a large group that stayed here. When we arrived, 2 people were being loaded onto stretchers due to an overdose. They did not have enough double rooms to accommodate everyone. The elevator was not working. Fortunately, the clerk knew how to reset it. The whole place smelled like Mary Jane and cheap cologne. There was a Yayo game on the nightstand in our bedroom and the room was never vacuumed. The shower had a stain on the floor where there used to be a hole. A family with us has bed bugs! Please don't go here. All the staff seemed nice and friendly which is the only good thing.

The hotel rooms are dirty. The carpets, walls, lamps and bathrooms are all dirty, the rooms have never been cleaned. The carpet had dog poop on it or some kind of food left behind by previous hotel guests. The state of the furniture and "amenities" in the bathroom was in very poor condition. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

The accommodation was very expensive for what was offered. The room key didn't work. We had been locked out of our room multiple times and for about half an hour. Someone had to give us a black box?!?!. The shower curtain rod went through the wall. cockroaches. Walls and carpets stained. Moldy and smelly. The fan in the bathroom was hanging on the wall. The elevator broke down on arrival so we had to carry our luggage up 3 floors. There was no offer of compensation of any kind, the only practical thing was the proximity to the airport. I called a few different times to speak to the manager, only to be told they would be there at certain times of the day, only to be told they were not available. He provided an email where complaints could be sent. DO NOT BOOK HERE! You have been warned!

This may have been a nice property once, but not anymore. If you are on a very tight budget at 65.00 a night it is a roof over your head. The carpets in the corridors were stained and dirty, the paint was peeling off the walls, the door frames were damaged, the locks on the doors of the rooms did not work properly, the access cards did not need to be replaced several times, staff were not trained or trained, outside was everywhere contaminated with rubbish, had an incident involving a guest and police, there was smoke in the place; Parking was in the back and the gate was open for 24 hour access; Without security; Video cameras everywhere, so there was that, but the night person was sleeping on the couch in the lobby; Elevator in a day of stay without prior notice to guests. We paid for a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and everything stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. just a small microwave, a full size fridge, and a coffee maker. You had to ask room maintenance and they didn't take out the trash or refill the coffee which was awful anyway. Bedroom furniture looked like it was bought from a thrift store and was stained, cracked and smelly, bathroom was mostly clean. It is necessary to change the administration, train the staff and close the hotel to remodel it. The location of access to Tampa County and Pibellas was the reason for their choice.

It took the night porter an hour and 20 minutes to check us in. The room keys didn't work twice and the changing rooms were a joke. The rooms smell like mold and the bathroom is disgusting. This is not a $100 room. This is a $35 a night hotel. This is very misleading on the Expedia website. I really want a refund.
